Aera - Gluten Free Delights
I loved the Aera Cherry White Chocolate Chip Cookie: crispy on the edges, with a center that satisfies every munchies craving. As a surprise, a burst of fresh cherry comes through – a sweet-sour note that perfectly balances the creamy sweetness of the white chocolate. Sweet enough to please any sweet tooth, but far from crossing into sugar overlord territory.
The Buckwheat Chocolate Cookie is just as thoughtfully crafted: still slightly fudgy in the center, satisfyingly dense with a light crunch on the outside. The buckwheat stays subtly in the background, letting the chocolate take center stage. Both are highly addictive!
