Here you get Tacos dense with flavor and moisture. We had the Birria tacos, Campechano and Al pastor. All sooo yummy!
The tortillas were lightly fried giving a crunchy contrast to the taco filling. Raw onions and cilantro topped the birria and campechano, and the al pastor had its classic pineapple topping. The stewed birria had a subtle flavor which was a bit overwhelmed by the richness of the campechano and al pastor. the horchata was vegan — made of rice milk and coconut milk and i would strongly not recommend it. It was thin and watery and had a strong coconut flavor — and not in the way you would want. Cinnamon was dusted on top almost as an afterthought. I have yet to encounter a good horchata in Berlin.
The atmosphere is good. Those working at the truck have a great vibe, pleasant manner, and music plays from the truck making the whole thing feel fun. Reminiscent of your favorite taco truck spot in Austin.
